Electron microscopical observation of precision conformity of Fixture & Solid Abutment tightening
1. Test purpose comparison on mechanical precision conformity between Swiss S(I**) company’s Fixture and Solid-Abutment and Evidence Fixture and Solid-Abutment, the company’s implant
2. Test method and parts to be observed 1) Test method: Fixture and Solid-Abutment tightening. Electron microscopical observation of precision conformity after cutting
2) Parts to be observed: upper, left and right of Morse Tapper; lower, left and right of Morse Tapper below Octa; where screws are tightened
3. Specimen production and test sequence 1) Specimen preparation: Fixture Φ4.8, Implantation Depth 8mm, Solid Abutment Height 5.5mm
    ① Each of Swiss S(I**) company’s Fixture(043.****) and Solid-Abutment(048.***)
    ②Two of Evidence Fixture(IRA4808) and Solid-Abutment(SSAR55) respectively (randomly chosen from the company’s packaged products)
2) Tightening:: Fixture and Solid-Abutment are tightened at Torque 35Ncm respectively.
3) Mounting
4) Cutting
5) Lapping & Polishing
6) Platinum evaporation(coating) on the measurement surface.
